About Sage Green Development

Laura Billings founded Sage Green Development, LLC in 2008. Her goal is to work with teams to build healthy, beautiful and sustainable spaces that inspire the building occupants as well as the building teams. She particularly enjoys working with people who are new to green building, sharing their excitement as they see how easy it is to build green, and how they can make a difference through their daily work.

Laura combines her experience with real estate development and green building to provide a one-stop-shop for developers and owner/users seeking to construct green buildings and interiors. Sage Green can act as either a project manager, green building consultant or serve both roles on a given project.
